Where do you park at Sunset Cliffs?
The City of San Diego says parking is available on the street and in a number of small lots at the Ladera Street and Luscomb Point sunset-viewing areas. At Osprey, the City lists a small parking lot plus street parking. Parking demand can be high around sunset, so arriving early reduces the temptation to rush or stop somewhere unsafe.

Where is the best place to watch sunset at Sunset Cliffs?
The City explicitly identifies three areas for sunset viewing:

City curfew rules vary by area. The City's current nighttime-closure list includes Ladera Street from 11 p.m. to 4 a.m. and four Sunset Cliffs parking lots from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m.. Posted signs at the location control if rules change.

Are there restrooms at Sunset Cliffs?
The City's pages for Ladera Street, Luscomb Point, and Osprey state that there are no restrooms available at those specific sunset-viewing areas. Plan before you arrive.

Stay away from unstable cliff edges, obey barriers and posted closures, and plan your route back before darkness. The Observance does not treat a spectacular view as a reason to ignore physical danger or public rules.
For quiet observance: choose a safe place, stop moving once you have the view, put the phone away, observe the changing light in silence, and leave safely. The place remains public space; the practice gives no special access or priority.
